HOW TO BUY THE TICKETS?

The client must fill in the form with all the obligatory information and accept the privacy policy, the legal notice and the purchase general conditions before proceeding to the payment.

PAYMENT METHODS

VISA, Mastercad or Euro6000 credit card is accepted.

TELECYL will not store the client’s bank details.

TICKETS

Once the payment is approved, the client receives at the e-mail address provided an e-mail with the electronic ticket of the Congress, which must be presented at the entrance of the event.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

Tickets to the Congress can not be changed or refunded. The cancellation of the Congress will be the only admissible cause for return the same amount in the same means of payment used for the purchase, in a term of fifteen (15) business days from the date of the public communication of the cancellation of the event.

SUBMISSION OF COMMUNICATIONS

The applicants are informed and give their consent to the TELECYL so that by any means of social media, including email and telephone, send communications about tickets sales.
